Sport: Real Madrid track Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois

Spain

Long-term Real Madrid transfer target David de Gea may stay in Manchester, this has resulted in Los Blancos keeping an even closer eye on Thibaut Courtois situation at Chelsea. The Belgian shot-stopper is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal at Stamford Bridge and his current contract expires in the summer of 2019. (Marca)
Arda Turan could join Galatasaray in January. The president of Galatasaray, Dursun Ozbek, has made it clear that he is interested in bringing Arda back to the club he captained before leaving for Atletico Madrid in 2011.

Manchester United want to sign the 14-year-old son of their former defender Phil Neville. Harvey Neville plays for Valencia's youth team - the club where his father was assistant coach in 2015.

Italy

Inter Milan have set their sights on former Liverpool transfer target Marco Reus, with the Borussia Dortmund and Germany attacking midfielder due back from injury early next year. (Calciomercato)
Inter Milan are also interested in bringing Sampdoria's defensive midfielder Lucas Torreira to the San Siro in January. Luciano Spalletti brought in midfield reinforcements in the summer but still has space in his squad for another body in the middle third of the pitch.

France

Didier Deschamps looks set to set to start Arsenal's Alexandre Lacazette in a new-look French attack for their World Cup Qualifier against Bulgaria. The manager is likely to have the former Lyon man spearheading the front three with Kylian Mbappe and Antoine Griezmann flanking him. It's a show of faith in the 26-year-old after not always being in Deschamps' plans. (L'Equipe)
N'Golo Kante has revealed that he has no regrets after rejecting the chance to join Paris Saint-Germain: "Do I regret that I rejected the PSG? No. When I was in Leicester, I had opportunities, but my priority was to stay in the Premier League."

Germany

The arrival of Lucas Alario at Bayer Leverkusen could help Kevin Volland fulfil his potential. The former Hoffenheim man moved to the BayArena last summer in a deal worth €20million (£17.9m) but failed to impress. However, in his first game alongside his new strike partner, he scored two goals and put in a man-of-the-match performance.
Schalke have given former Fulham full-back Sascha Riether a deal until the end of the season after he impressed while training with the team. "Sascha was very persistent, so we agreed that he could stay fit for the time," said coach Domenico Tedesco in September.
