Fire Extinguisher



There are several types of fire extinguisher available and each has a designated use in terms of the type of fire they are designed to extinguish.
Extinguisher are label t indicated the type of fire they will effective to control and the types are:
CLASS A: Flammable Liquid
CLASS B: Ordinary Combustibles
CLASS C: Electrical Fires
CLASS D: Metal Fires
If a fire must be fought with an extinguisher.
The PASS Method should be use with the extinguisher in the upright position


P: Pull the pin
A: Aim at the base of the fire
S: Squeeze the Handle
S : Sweep the base of the fire
