 Damac Properties will this weekend launch the sale of apartments in its 60-storey residential tower within the new AYKON City project.
The tower will be part of the new development to be located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai’s Golden Quadrant, overlooking the Dubai Canal. In this phase, two-bedroom units will be released with prices starting at Dhs1.69 million.
The units will go on sale on Saturday, June 11 in Dubai at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Godolphin Ballroom from 11am-3pm and from 9pm-2am.
In addition, sales of units will take place in Abu Dhabi at Jumeirah Etihad Towers, meeting room three at the same timings. The completion date of the project is 2021.
