A Special edition planned for Dubai’s floating villas

The team behind Dubai’s floating villas are planning a special edition.
The Floating Seahorse is a boat without propulsion that can be moored off the Dubai coast in the Arabian Gulf.
The first hit the seas earlier this year and developer Kleindienst said it has been so successful they are building The Signature Edition – described as a fusion of European and Emirati culture.
It has been developed especially for families with guests, groups and children of all ages. It spans 372sqm and accommodates up to eight adults and eight children.

The rooms include a ‘sky majlis’ and ‘sky bedroom’ on the upper level and a family room on the sea level.
The submerged level includes the master bedroom, entertainment room and a guest bedroom.
Owners can also customise The Signature Edition to their style and taste. Designed, engineered and built in the UAE, 40 Signature Edition Floating Seahorses are now in production and are currently priced at Dhs12 million.
The estimated completion for the first phase is October.
