In a statement signed by Effiong Johnson, a member of the Chris Giwa led factional board, the new board will resume office when due. “We promised the nation to be in the office today (Monday). “However, the board has decided to hold its meeting to deliberate on our programme of activities and how to use football to develop and employ our youths,’’ the statement said.
